Ordering Questions

1. How do I order?
Buy securely and easily online or please call us on 01743 232864 to discuss your storage or tile requirements and to provide your debit or credit card details and delivery requirements. If you prefer to order by fax, email or post then you can download an order form by clicking the link beneath the price information on the product detail pages.

2. What forms of payment do you accept?
You can pay using most credit or debit cards. Alternatively, please feel free to send a company or personal cheque with your order form though we will have to wait for clearance before shipping your purchase. Payments can also be made by BACS and international money transfer.

3. When will my credit card be debited?
Your order is processed by GaragePride as soon as we receive it. If payment is made online then your card will be debited immediately and totally securely via SagePay. If you order and pay over the telehone and the goods are being shipped to the UK your card will be debited via SagePay just prior to despatch of your order. If your order is to be exported or despatched to EU countries and you pay over the telephone then your card will be debited immediately and we will keep you informed of the progress of your order.

4. I am purchasing on behalf of my business, will I receive a VAT invoice?
A VAT invoice will be sent to you by e-mail or post shortly after despatch of your purchases.

5. Are there any hidden charges?
Our aim is to provide you with clear and honest product and pricing information. Prices are shown both inclusive and exclusive of VAT. Packing and delivery cost is shown on the product detail pages.

6. Can I specify my preferred delivery date?
We like to talk to our customers so please feel free to telephone to discuss your specific delivery requirements and we will endeavour to accommodate them.

Security Questions

1. Is your site secure?
With our online security guarantee you can be sure that you never have to worry about credit or debit card security when using our web site. Card transactions are carried out by LloydsTSB Cardnet and approved partner ProtX.

We use the latest security technology and guarantee that any personal information you enter on our web site is 100% safe. 

2. I’m not sure about buying online. What should I do?
You can of course place your order by telephone on 01743 232864, download an order form or request one from us.

3. How safe is it to give my credit card details online?
Very safe. It is a 100% secure process. All of our on-line payments are actually taken by Lloyds TSB Cardnet which is one of the biggest banks in the UK and have the most secure environment. We never see your card details and the process forms one of the most secure ways you can transact with your credit card - either on-line or in the high street.

Delivery Questions

1. What is GaragePride’s delivery policy?
GaragePride aims to deliver all orders within 5-7 working days from the time you have placed your order. However delivery may take up to 28 days in certain circumstances. Any orders made after 12.00 PM will be treated as the following working day. Weekends and Bank holidays are not counted as working days. If for some reason we are unable to achieve this aim then we will let you know.

2. How much does delivery cost?
GaragePride cabinets are delivered fully assembled strapped and wrapped securely to a pallet using the services of Pendragon Haulage and PalletFORCE. Packing and national delivery costs just £40 plus vat per cabinet. Accessories such as bench drills and vices when ordered with a workbench will be added to the pallet at no extra cost. Accessories ordered separately will carry their own delivery charges, some larger accessory products may be shipped direct from the manufacturer.

3. What if I’m out when you deliver my products?
We need a signature from somebody at the point of delivery who can also advise the delivery driver where best to leave the palleted product. If you believe that nobody will be available to provide a signature please let us know so that we can agree alternative arrangements.

4. Are your workbenches delivered flat packed?
No. All our products are delivered fully assembled. These are high quality products with many of the joints welded to ensure a solid, long-life foundation for your workbench.

5. When can I expect to receive my order?
We will endeavour to deliver your order within 5-7 working days however it may take up to 28 days in which case we will inform you. At least 24 hours before a delivery is made the delivery company will contact you via your preferred method and confirm when the delivery is taking place. If for some reason we are unable to achieve this aim then we will let you know.

6. Can the delivery company confirm a time they will be delivering?
The delivery company will call you at least 24 hours before delivery to let you know the date of delivery and whether you have an AM or PM slot. We don’t use a large impersonal carrier so we can ask the driver to call you before he arrives to provide an estimated delivery time.

7. What if my delivery contains damaged goods?
This happens infrequently because we use a dedicated carrier with little or no transfer of goods between warehouses and vehicles. However please inspect the external wrapping for penetration damage before signing the delivery paperwork. If this is evident please contact us immediately on 01743 232864. We may offer an exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your legal rights.

8. Delivery access may be difficult, what do you need to know?
If you think it may be difficult to move a palleted cabinet from a lorry tail lift to the cabinet's location using a manual pallet truck then please enter some comments into the order form notes box or telephone us. We can then make the driver aware.

Returns Questions

1. What happens if my product is faulty?
We believe that you will be delighted with GaragePride products. However, in the event of you being dissatisfied with the quality of the product you must contact GaragePride within 48 hours of delivery in writing. We will arrange to refund or replace the product. Please see our terms and conditions of sale for the full details.

Product Questions

1. What tools will I need to assemble products?
None! They are delivered fully assembled.

2. With what materials are your products manufactured?
All cabinets are made of sheet steel, welded and powder coated for durability. Various modules are securely bolted together to form the various configurations you see on our website. Our spacious foundation unit is lined with aluminium chequer plate (otherwise known as tread plate) to shake off the bumps and scrapes involved with storage of heavier items.

3. What colour are the products?
The cabinets are powder coated in a glossy light grey finish (RAL7047). The handles, trim and shelves are a rich British racing green (RAL6005). It is difficult to represent these colours accurately via photography and a computer screen but suffice to say they are a very stylish combination!

Policy Questions

1. How will you use my personal details?
GaragePride has a strict policy of keeping all customer information entirely confidential. We will never pass your details on to a third party.

2. What is your warranty policy?
GaragePride and Sentri branded cabinets come with a 36 months warranty. All other products have a 12 months warranty. Your statutory rights are not affected.
