Ordering Questions

1. How do I order?
Buy securely and easily online or please call us on 01743 232864 providing your debit or credit card details and delivery address. Payment may also be made by cheque or electronic transfer between bank accounts.

2. What forms of payment do you accept?
You can pay using most credit or debit cards. Alternatively, please feel free to send a company or personal cheque with your order form though we will have to wait for clearance before shipping your purchase. Payments can also be made by BACS and international money transfer.

3. When will my credit card be debited?
Your order is processed by GaragePride as soon as we receive it. If payment is made online or payment details are provided over the telephone then your card will be debited immediately and totally securely via SagePay.  If your order is to be exported or despatched to EU countries and you pay over the telephone then your payment will again be debited immediately.

4. I am purchasing on behalf of my business, will I receive a VAT invoice?
A VAT invoice will be sent to you by e-mail or post shortly after despatch of your purchases.

5. Are there any hidden charges?
Our aim is to provide you with clear and honest product and pricing information. Prices are shown both inclusive and exclusive of VAT. Packing and delivery cost is shown on the product detail pages.

6. Can I specify my preferred delivery date?
We like to talk to our customers so please feel free to telephone to discuss your specific delivery requirements and we will endeavour to accommodate them.

Security Questions

1. Is your site secure?
With our online security guarantee you can be sure that you never have to worry about credit or debit card security when using our web site. Card transactions are carried out by LloydsTSB Cardnet and approved partner SagePay.

SagePay uses the latest security technology and guarantees that any personal information you enter via our web site is 100% safe. 

2. I’m not sure about buying online. What should I do?
You can of course place your order by telephone on 01743 232864 using a debit or credit card or send us a cheque to the value of the order.

3. How safe is it to give my credit card details online?
Very safe. It is a 100% secure process. All of our on-line payments are actually taken by Lloyds TSB Cardnet which is one of the biggest banks in the UK and have the most secure environment. We never see your card details and the process forms one of the most secure ways you can transact online with your credit card.

Delivery Questions

1. What is GaragePride’s delivery policy? 
All cabinets and workbenches are despatched normally within 15 working days of the receipt of payment. However delivery may take up to 28 days in certain circumstances. Products in the "Garage Workbench System" range are despatched in 21 working days from receipt of payment. Any orders made after 12.00 PM will be treated as the following working day. Weekends and Bank holidays are not counted as working days. If for some reason we are unable to achieve this aim then we will let you know.

We endeavour to despatch hooks, racks and baskets within 2-3 days of the receipt of your online or telephone order using a Next Day courier service.

2. How much does delivery cost?
Cabinets and workbenches are delivered fully manufactured strapped and wrapped securely to a pallet. Packing and delivery to the UK mainland is free. The delivery cost for hooks and racks vary but the price of this is no more than the price that we incur from Royal Mail or a courier. Accessories ordered separately will carry their own delivery charges, some larger accessory products may be shipped direct from the manufacturer.

3. What if I’m out when you deliver my products?
For all cabinets and workbenches we require a signature from somebody at the point of delivery who can also advise the delivery driver where best to leave the palleted product.

4. Are your workbenches delivered flat packed?
No. All our products are delivered fully assembled. These are high quality products with many of the joints welded to ensure a solid product and a long life.

5. Can the delivery company confirm a time they will be delivering?
For cabinets and workbenches, the delivery company will call you before delivery and may be able to provide an approximate arrival time.   

6. What if my delivery contains damaged goods?
This happens infrequently because we use a dedicated carrier with little or no transfer of goods between warehouses and vehicles. However please inspect the external wrapping for penetration damage before signing the delivery paperwork. If this is evident please contact us immediately on 01743 232864. We may offer an exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your legal rights.

7. Delivery access may be difficult, what do you need to know?
If you think it may be difficult to move a palleted cabinet from a lorry tail lift to the cabinet's location using a manual pallet truck then please let us know and we can then make the driver aware of the potential difficulty.

Returns Questions

1. What happens if my product is faulty?
We believe that you will be delighted with GaragePride products. However, in the event of you being dissatisfied with the quality of the product you must contact GaragePride within 48 hours of delivery in writing. We will arrange to refund or replace the product. Please see our terms and conditions of sale for the full details.

Product Questions

1. What tools will I need to assemble products?
None! They are delivered fully assembled with the exception of the "Garage Workbenches - Tough and Durable" range which are despatched in a kit purely for ease of transport. A basic set of spanners or socket set is all that is required to easily assemble these workbenches using the fittings provided.

2. With what materials are your products manufactured?
All cabinets and workbenches are made of steel, welded and powder coated for durability unless otherwise stated.

Policy Questions

1. How will you use my personal details?
GaragePride has a strict policy of keeping all customer information entirely confidential. We will never pass your details on to a third party.

2. What is your warranty policy?
GaragePride and Sentri branded cabinets come with a 36 months warranty. All other products have a 12 months warranty. Your statutory rights are not affected.
