You can only tell if a company genuinely has customer care as a core value within their organisation when things don’t go quite to plan.  We ordered flooring and a set of cabinets for our garage and I have to say that now they are in place, they look amazing.  We have had many admiring comments from our neighbours.  We are not DIY experts but we easily fitted the flooring in an afternoon.  There were some issues with the delivery (3rd party company).  However, Garage Pride were outstanding in dealing with those issues and did everything within their power to ensure that the problems were rectified quickly and to a very high level of customer satisfaction.  They even arranged for the manufacturer to fit our cabinets as my husband had broken his ribs in a cycling accident a few days prior to the delivery.  We would happily use this company again and recommend them to our friends.  Of particular mention was Ricky, who was a joy to deal with.

"I want to thank you for the design and installation of my new garage, it looks fantastic and the quality of the units is second to none.

I have now taken delivery of my new Ferrari 458 spider, which complements the garage beautifully, in some cases people have said the car looks great but what a fabulous garage!!

I had a little trouble at first with fitting the black floor tiles but as soon as I warmed up the garage they went down a treat.  I was very impressed with the weight the drawer units would carry and the quality of the runners.  The large cupboards are very solid and came with four internal shelves which could  be set at any height to ensure no wasted space.  The extra 50mm of depth as compared to other units is a great feature, giving me enough room for all of my fishing gear.

I have always dreamed of having the perfect garage, one where I could put my car in, open all the doors and still walk all the way round.  Now with your help and design I can fit two in and still walk round.

With everything nicely put away and all neat and tidy it is a pleasure to work in, and the wife thinks it’s great too!

If you have any customers who want to see a very special garage it would be pleasure to show this one off to them.

I wanted to write to record just how pleased I have been with the service received from your company – GaragePride.

Having built a rather nice workshop and painted the floor – the only element that let the finished unit down was the floor!

I came across GaragePride via a Google search and having spoken to you I was very impressed not only with the pricing, the technical specification of your tiling system but also the speed of response.

As you know we hit a slight problem with water ingress to the building via the roller doors and your ‘next day’ response to get to site and seal the front edge of the tiling was tremendous. For that I want to thank you and ‘GaragePride’ for an excellent job well done!!
