Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.  The ordering of goods from GaragePride Ltd indicates that you are in agreement with them.

• You can order items displayed on this website by telephoning us on one of the numbers listed on the Contact page or faxing or posting the completed order form to the address shown on the Contact page.
• If for any reason we are not able to fulfill your order we will contact you at the earliest possible opportunity to advise you of this.   At this point you have the right to change or cancel your order.  Any payments made or due will be adjusted or refunded to account for any changes or refunds as the circumstances dictate. 

Prices

• Our current prices are as displayed on the website.
• Finance estimates assume a repayment period of 60 months. Finance is subject to the acceptance of the Terms and Conditions set out in the Leasing Application along with any other requirements as requested by the Lender, the application will also be subject to Personal  Credit Reference Agency Checks for all applicants including Company Directors.
• We will endeavour to ensure that the prices shown on this website are correct.  If for any reason the price(s) of any item(s) are incorrect at the time you place an order with us, we will contact you at the earliest possible opportunity to advise you of this.  At this point you have the right to change or cancel your order.  Any payments made or due will be adjusted or refunded to account for any changes or refunds as the circumstances dictate.
• Delivery charges are included in the total amount payable which you will have the opportunity to check before confirming your order. 
• All prices quoted include VAT unless otherwise stated.

Payments

• You can pay for your goods by Visa or MasterCard credit cards, or Switch, Solo or Delta debit cards.
• You can also pay for your goods by Cheque.  The goods will be shipped upon the cheque clearing into the GaragePride Ltd bank account.
• For orders where goods are to be shipped to the UK we currently charge Credit/Debit card accounts on the date your purchase is despatched from our premises. For orders where goods are to be exported or despatched to other EU countries then your card will be debited upon receipt of your written or verbal order instruction.
  

Delivery of Goods

• We will endeavour to deliver your goods as soon as possible.  Under normal circumstances this will be within 5 to 6 working days but may take up to 28 days in which case we will contact you to let you know.  We will not be liable for any loss caused to you by delayed delivery.
• If you refuse a delivery without prior consent from us you will be liable for the return delivery costs.
• If you do not receive your goods within a reasonable time please contact us by telephone or e-mail and we will contact our couriers on your behalf.

Return of Goods

• We believe that you will be delighted with GaragePride products. However, in the event of your being dissatisfied with the quality of the product or the product being found to be damaged you must contact GaragePride within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange to refund or replace the product. 
• In the event of a refund being agreed we will arrange to collect the goods within 14 working days of your receipt of the goods.  You will be responsible for the goods until we collect them. Please note that if you fail to take reasonable care of the goods GaragePride Ltd reserves the right to refuse return. 
• If the goods are in their original condition we will refund you for the full amount paid for the goods only (not the delivery cost) within 5 days of the goods arriving with us.
• Our money-back guarantee applies to UK customers only.

Customer Services

• In the first instance please contact GaragePride Ltd on 01743 860736 or by email at salesATgaragepride.co.uk, stating clearly the nature of your query. 
• Your query will be dealt with as soon as practical but not later than within 5 working days by one of the Customer Services Team. 
• If for any reason an answer cannot be provided within 5 working days, we will inform you of the reason for this and keep you updated as to its progress. 
• If we find that your query is not valid you will be contacted stating the reasons for our findings.

Copyright/Trademarks/Data Protection

• All rights in the designs and information on our website are owned by GaragePride Ltd. They are protected by copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights. 
• You may view, copy and print portions of our website for the sole purpose of placing an order with us. The materials on our website may not be used for any other purpose. 
• We will use the information which you provide and the records of items you buy to constantly monitor and improve our service and for marketing purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

General

• These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the courts of England and Wales.
