Are the cupboards delivered fully assembled?
Most of our cupboards are supplied fully manufactured and ready for use. They are delivered on pallets. The tall Sealey cupboards are supplied flat-packed with good assembly instructions. They are very rigid and strong once assembled.
Phoenix cupboards are delivered flat-packed but include the service of unpacking, assembly, positioning and removal of packaging. They are strong and rigid when assembled.
What material are the cupboards?
Steel, with a heavy duty industrial powder paint coating to protect them from garage and industrial environments.
Can the cupboards be used outside?
Whilst the powder paint coatings and cupboard fittings are of very good quality, they are not designed to be exposed to rainwater for extended periods. We would not recommend their use outside, including in carports.
Can extra shelves be ordered?
Extra shelves can be ordered with most of the cupboards and you should see this as an option on the product page. If there is no option, please ask.
How are the cupboards delivered?
They are delivered on pallets by a third-party pallet carrier. Theoretically, they offer a kerbside delivery. However, if access to your garage is straightforward then many drivers would be likely to pull the product(s) into your garage using their pallet trolley, though this cannot be guaranteed. They are not authorised or insured to move the cabinets up steps or into a building.
Delivery of Goods
We will endeavor to have the goods delivered as soon as possible in line with the lead times stated on the product pages. Please note that Bott and EVOline products are bespoke so therefore delivery times may vary from 7-10 days, 10-15 days, and 15-18 days. We will let you know if we are aware of delays. If you do not receive your goods or contact from the carrier within a reasonable time please contact us by telephone or e-mail.

Returns
A consumer has the right to cancel the purchase of an item or service without having to give any reason at any time within the "cooling off period" of fourteen working days, beginning in the case of goods, on the day after you receive the goods, and in the case of services, beginning on the day after you purchase the services.
Please be aware that you will lose your right to cancel a contract for the provision of services during the cooling-off period once we have commenced activation of the services or you use the services, whichever is earlier.
You must notify us of your cancellation in writing or in another durable medium to our contact address or by email to the email address from which your order confirmation was sent.
If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take good care of them. We will make arrangements to collect the goods from you Monday to Friday. You must make them available and ready for collection. We reserve the right to charge for the direct costs of recovery. Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract any sum debited to us will be refunded to you, less our direct costs of recovery, as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation.
You will not have the right to cancel a purchase for the supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized or by which of their nature cannot be returned.
B2B (business to business) customers do not have a right to cancel once goods have been delivered.
