How easy are the shelves to assemble?
They are designed to be assembled at home using minimal tools. Assembly is boltless - just tap sections together with a rubber mallet or similar.
Can the shelf heights be adjusted?
All the shelving products on our website can have the shelf positions adjusted very finely. So if you have a particularly tall item to store, then just leave a large gap. Perhaps you can have shelves close together at the bottom to store smaller items, then leave a large gap higher up for more bulky heavy items.
Should I fix the shelves to the wall?
We would recommend that you do so. Whilst they have a large footprint and are very stable, in the worst case situation a child might be inclined to climb up the shelves. Some shelving kits come with a suitable bracket but most can be fixed to the wall by putting screws through the upright sections into suitable Rawlplug type of products.
What weight can the shelves support?
There a various load capacities available. But all can handle anything that you might store in a domestic environment. If in doubt, select a product described as "industrial".
We would recommend that you wear thick protective gloves when assembling shelves.
Delivery of Goods
We will endeavor to have the goods delivered as soon as possible in line with the lead times stated on the product pages. Please note that Bott and EVOline products are bespoke so therefore delivery times may vary from 7-10 days, 10-15 days, and 15-18 days. We will let you know if we are aware of delays. If you do not receive your goods or contact from the carrier within a reasonable time please contact us by telephone or e-mail.

A consumer has the right to cancel the purchase of an item or service without having to give any reason at any time within the "cooling off period" of fourteen working days, beginning in the case of goods, on the day after you receive the goods, and in the case of services, beginning on the day after you purchase the services.
Please be aware that you will lose your right to cancel a contract for the provision of services during the cooling-off period once we have commenced activation of the services or you use the services, whichever is earlier.
You must notify us of your cancellation in writing or in another durable medium to our contact address or by email to the email address from which your order confirmation was sent.
If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take good care of them. We will make arrangements to collect the goods from you Monday to Friday. You must make them available and ready for collection. We reserve the right to charge for the direct costs of recovery. Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract any sum debited to us will be refunded to you, less our direct costs of recovery, as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation.
You will not have the right to cancel a purchase for the supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized or by which of their nature cannot be returned.
B2B (business to business) customers do not have a right to cancel once goods have been delivered.
